1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing:

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 12 business days.
  • Spain & Europe: 8 – 14 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days.

Please note that estimated delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or local postal service disruptions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer Standard International Shipping on all orders. Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • El Nacer is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@elnacer.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
